Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Marketer with a strong background in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and optimization. The candidate should also possess the ability to analyze data, implement insights, and demonstrate a creative approach to achieving marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on Facebook Ads and Google Ads to achieve business objectives.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Campaign Management:Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets as needed to achieve optimal results.
Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Audience Targeting and Segmentation:Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to reach specific demographics and maximize campaign effectiveness.
Implement segmentation strategies to tailor messaging for different audience segments.
Ad Copy and Creative Development:Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives for maximum engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insightful reports to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Case Study Requirement:
Applicants must submit a detailed case study highlighting a successful digital marketing campaign they have managed. The case study should include campaign objectives, strategy, execution details, key challenges faced, and the measurable results achieved. The case study will be a critical component in the evaluation process.
