OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our business growth efforts at I Marketing Tech. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, and driving sales in the digital marketing industry. This is a leadership role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, client engagement, and team management skills.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and expand our client base.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships that align with the agency’s goals.
Client Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and positioning our services as solutions.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business.
Sales Leadership:
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve revenue targets.
- Set clear sales objectives and performance metrics, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze data to identify potential areas for business growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing initiatives and ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Implement data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and strategies
- Interview the right candidates
- Build up to team of 10 top notch sales people and manage them
- do daily reporting on their progress and help them in developing strategies.
- Drive growth and meet agency goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, strategies, and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
